We have in Neil lost a very dear friend and someone that with Jan we have shared many happy and memorable times together.
 
Neil has always demonstrated to us a real love of nature which at times bordered on excitement.
The picture of Neil at the back of the boat was taken just off the Isle of Skye on our way back from viewing Sea Eagles and basking Seals in the wild - his enjoyment is clear to see.
 
Another love of Neil's was to experience that very special occasion and the photograph of the four of us at a table was just that - taken at the prestigious River Cafe in Brooklyn with the magnificent views of Manhattan in the background.    
 
And finally, it was the love of live music that introduced us to Neil and Jan and together we discovered and followed the wonderful Joe Bonamassa - the image of Joe was taken by Neil, live at a concert in Hampton Court.
 
Neil will always be a very special friend who we will dearly miss but we will always treasure our times together.
