Janette is my cousin and our families have always been close, so Neil has been part of Richard's and my life for over 50 years.

Over the years our families have enjoyed holidays together, Christmases, special family events, leaving us with lots of wonderful memories.

Neil has entertained us with his stories, made us laugh, and we have always been impressed with his enthusiasm for life, positivity and achievements.

He has been a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, a special friend to many, always willing to see the best in people, and ready to lend a hand.  Along with Janette, he has always been supportive of my parents, for which I am very grateful.

Richard and I were very fortunate to meet up with Janette and Neil in August for a pub lunch.  On that day Neil was in great form, and we will cherish that memory of him in the times ahead.

He will be greatly missed, but not forgotten.
